Leave the M5 at junction 27. Head towards Tiverton, you will then be on the North Devon Link Road which is the A361. When you reach the third roundabout from the motorway in about 18 miles (by which time you will have bypassed both Tiverton and South Molton), you will see a Little Chef restaurant at the roundabout. Continue straight on towards Barnstaple (ignoring the signs to Filleigh and West Buckland at the roundabout). Take the next turn on the right signposted to West Buckland and you will see Buckinghams Leary ahead of you on the right, it is the first house on that road.
